Hello, I'm Michael
I am a nationally published photographer from Hungerford, Berkshire. That's not really who I am though, more of an accolade I have earnt.
To describe myself more accurately, I am a 30 something (the actual number isn't important) family man who absolutely loves photography. It is very rare that I am seen without a camera either in my hand or close by.
Photography has given me the ability to not only express myself and show off my creative side, but also given me the opportunity to do my dream job.
I would describe my method as photo journalistic. I prefer to capture your wedding as an observer, as if I was another guest. I try not to dictate or instruct you on how the day will pan out. I never say "smile" or "cheese" and I pride myself on being unintrusive.
For me, wedding photography is less about posed images but rather the raw emotion of the day. I want to capture the real laughs, the smiles, the funny moments and the tear jerkers as they happen. I won't tell you how to stand or where to look.
This laid-back approach means that when I deliver an album to a client, they are seeing the day as it happens, beautifully edited in a film-like style.

“The photographs Michael took for my sister wedding are stunning and I didn’t even notice him taking pictures unless they were planned. Such a pleasure to work with an exceptional photographer”
